Delete Account & Data — Huahua Learning

This page explains how to delete your Huahua account along with all your learning data. Applies to the Huahua app (com.huahualearning.huahua).

1 How to delete via the app

  1. Open the Huahua app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Select Settings, then select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

2 How to delete via email

Send an email to admin@huahualearning.com with the subject "Hapus Akun" (Delete Account), and mention your email address or account ID. We process requests within a maximum of 30 days.

3 Data that is deleted

your account, learning progress, practice answers, scores, streaks, practice voice recordings, and AI conversation history.

4 Data we may keep longer

purchase transaction records if any, as required by tax and accounting regulations, as well as basic security logs in a form that does not identify you.
